This chuppah is made of smaller bamboo.
The canopy is a colorful fringed tapestry.
The corner braces are cast iron.  Oak finials are added for style.

In permanent installation, the copper bands replace the stainless pipe clamps.

A look at the mechanics of top of the chuppah from inside.
The stucture is very strong and remarkably stable considering the size of bamboo.

The canopy created a beautifully diffused warm light under the chuppah.
